Outstanding experience from start to finish. After experiencing a major radiator failure on my Kenworth while passing through Chattanooga, I happened to stop in at a random truck parts and supply store, and by chance met the owner. He immediately took an interest in helping me, got my truck into the shop the very same day, and had the repair completed professionally and efficiently. What impressed me most wasn’t just the quality of the repair—it was the customer service. The owner went above and beyond by helping connect me with a reputable heavy-duty towing company and made sure I was taken care of throughout the process. I’ve since completed a long trip all the way to Maine and back to Florida without a single issue, which speaks volumes about the quality of their workmanship. Honest people, knowledgeable technicians, and excellent service. I highly recommend Redco Truck Parts & Service to anyone needing dependable truck repairs.

My clutch went out on my semi. I called Redco and spoke with Krissy. First off see save me money by not sending road service out. She hooked me up with a tow truck. Got to the shop and found out that my throw out bearing was seized to the shaft. So it burned up the clutch. They put Logan on the job. This gentleman is a damn good mechanic with in about 12 hrs he had it torn about and put back together. I will highly recommend this shop to everyone. Very kind people with great southern hospitality. I believe this is one of the best shops in the country. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Y'all are amazing!!!!!

Redco really helped me out today. I never have extra time and today is no different. Logan was fast and efficient with my new tire mount. In the office, Kristy and Becky were able to get present several different tire options over the phone (which really helped me stay on schedule). Thank you RedCo!
